If you are residing in the United States and your Personal Information was compromised in the Data Security Incident experienced by Mana Products Inc. which began on or around September 2, 2023, and/or received notice of the Data Security Incident from Mana Products Inc., you may be a Settlement Class Member eligible for benefits.
Excluded from the Settlement Class are: (1) the Judge in this case, and the Judge's family and staff, (2) Mana and related companies and corporate directors; (3) anyone who validly excludes themselves from the Settlement; and (4) anyone who perpetrated the cyberattack.
If you are a Class Member and wish to receive one or more of the following Settlement Benefits, you must file a Claim Form by November 13, 2025.
Settlement Class Members may submit a claim form for:
Credit Monitoring Services: All Class Members are eligible to receive two (2) years of Credit Monitoring Services from the three credit bureaus. This benefit will include $1,000,000.00 of identity theft protection insurance.
Reimbursement for Lost Time: Class Members who spent time fixing problems caused bythe Data Security Incident can get back $20.00 per hour for up to 4 hours (up to $80.00). At least one (1) full hour must have been spent on these problems.
Class Members who also claim Documented Out-of-Pocket Expenses as described below, the combined total is capped at $400.00.
Documented Out-of-Pocket Expenses: Class Members who incurred actual, documented out-of-pocket expenses because of the Data Security Incident, can get back up to $400.00. This benefit covers out-of-pocket expenses like:
attorney or accountant fees;
fees for credit reports, credit monitoring, or credit repair;
fees for freezing or unfreezing credit; and
miscellaneous expenses like notary, postage, or copying.
Class Members who also claim Reimbursement for Lost Time as described above, the combined total is capped at $400.00.
Documented Extraordinary Expenses: Class Members can get back up to $4,000.00 if they experienced fraud or identity theft. This benefit applies if:
you have actual, documented expenses;
the expenses were probably because of the Data Security Incident;
the expenses happened after September 2, 2023;
the expenses are not already covered by the Out-of-Pocket or Lost Time benefits; and
you tried your best to avoid the expenses, or to get your money back.
Class Members claiming Out-of-Pocket and/or Extraordinary Expenses must provide receipts or other proofs of expenses. "Self-prepared" documents may be provided to explain or support other submitted documentation, but "self-prepared" documents by themselves are not sufficient for a valid claim.
Alternative Cash Payment: Instead of all the other benefits described above, Class Members can claim a one-time $25.00 cash payment. No documentation or additional information is required to claim this payment.

The deadline to submit a Claim Form online is November 13, 2025. If you are mailing your Claim Form, it must be mailed with a postmark date no later than November 13, 2025.
